Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions:

By accessing and or using the CSD INTERNET POINT Service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, which may be updated by us at any time by posting on this website. You are responsible for checking these terms and conditions to obtain timely notice of any such changes, and for the avoidance of doubt, your continued use of the Service after such changes have been posted constitutes your continuing acceptance of this agreement as modified by those changes.

Payment:

The CSD INTERNET POINT Service is provided to you through the use of an access code voucher, which can be obtained from the establishment staff at the rate advertised in each establishment. Alternatively, user can use the coin-operated machines; usage time is correlated to the payment amount (20p, 50p, £1). Use of these terminals is deemed to be an undertaking to pay the applicable charges. Failure to pay the applicable charges or produce a valid access code voucher as evidence of payment could result in prosecution.

Voucher:

CSD Internet Point is not responsible for the lost of voucher and/or the lost of operating time. CSD INTERNET POINT does not refund any voucher, in the case of users do not remember to logout from the system. It is the responsibility of users to logout from the system. CSD INTERNET POINT will only exchange unusable voucher at its own discretion and detection of vault with the voucher

Use of the CSD INTERNET POINT Service:

The CSD INTERNET POINT Service is provided solely for personal and private use. You may not use any data or information provided on or by means of the CSD INTERNET POINT LTD Service for your own or others' business or commercial undertakings or gain. You may only use the Service for legal purposes. You may not use the Service to publish, post, distribute or disseminate any material which is (or which we believe may be) defamatory, obscene, indecent, menacing or which may incite needless anxiety, racial prejudice or hatred, or (ii) other unlawful material or information, including another's proprietary information, including trademarks or copyrighted information, without express authorisation in such cases from the rights holder. CSD INTERNET POINT LTD reserves the right at its absolute discretion to refuse temporarily or permanently to provide you with the Service or any part of it without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Security of information is your responsibility and any security that you have on the internet, corporate intranet or personal computer/PDA or other handheld device is maintained by you when you use the Service. CSD INTERNET POINT LTD do not provide any additional security to that already provided because we provide access services and do not interfere with content. We are therefore not responsible for the security of the information you transmit using the Service

Liability:

1. CSD INTERNET POINT will not be liable to you under any circumstances for any costs or damages whatsoever, including loss of profits, revenue, or use, arising out of or in any way related to the Content, Goods and Services (each as defined below) and the CSD INTERNET POINT LTD Service.

2. Subject to the above, CSD INTERNET POINT does not make any representation or warrant, guarantee or otherwise endorse or accept any form of liability whatsoever for, the condition, currency, suitability, quality, legality, accuracy, performance, reliability, completeness, fitness for purpose or freedom from viruses of any of the information, advertisements or other content linked to, contained on, distributed through, supplied in connection with, or downloaded or accessed from or by means of the CSD INTERNET POINT LTD Service or any other Service contained on or accessed from it ("Content"), or of any other goods or Services or any other transaction displayed, provided by us or purchased or obtained or entered into by you in connection with your use of either the Service or any other Service contained on or accessed from it ("Goods and Services"). All warranties, express or implied (whether relating to quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, the use of due care and skill or otherwise), relating to such Content, Goods and Services and the CSD INTERNET POINT LTD Service itself are excluded and you acknowledge that your use of or reliance on the same is at your sole risk

You agree that, in the event that we are unable to provide the Service or otherwise fulfil obligations under these Terms and Conditions we will not be liable where this is due to something beyond our reasonable control, such as technical failure, lightning, flood or severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war or military operations, national or local emergency, anything done by government or other competent authority or industrial disputes of any kind.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CSD INTERNET POINT LTD, its affiliates and its or their directors, employees and other agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and or costs (including, but not limited to, lawyers' fees) arising from your use of the Service, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.

CSD INTERNET POINT LTD may at its sole discretion and at any time amend or remove the information, other content and links to other sites provided on or by means of the CSD INTERNET POINT LTD Service. CSD INTERNET POINT LTD may at its sole discretion and at any time change the nature of the Service or withdraw all or part of it without recourse by you.

User Information and Privacy:

1. CSD INTERNET POINT LTD may periodically ask you to provide information about yourself and your interests ("User Information"). You are not obliged to provide any User Information although, if you do not, certain sections of the CSD INTERNET POINT LTD may not be made available to or be accessible by you. Customer shall take all such measures as may be necessary (including but not limited to changing his or its password from time to time) to protect the secrecy of his or its User Identification ("UI") and/or password and shall not reveal the same to any other person(s). CSD INTERNET POINT LTD shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by Customer or third parties due to any wrongful use of Customer's account by Customer or any wrongful or fraudulent use of Customer's account by any other person. Where an UI is necessary to access the Service, Customer shall use only his or its own UI. Customer acquires no rights to any mailbox number, the UI, IP address, circuit reference and any codes assigned to him or it by CSD INTERNET POINT LTD and CSD INTERNET POINT LTD reserves the right to change or re-assign the same to Customer at its sole discretion without being liable to Customer for any damages or losses suffered.

4. CSD INTERNET POINT LTD does not and will not perform system backups on information stored within its system. CSD INTERNET POINT LTD is not responsible or under any obligation to provide historical data or to assist Customer in downloading, faxing or reading to Customer any of its or his electronic mails. If at any time Customer requests CSD INTERNET POINT LTD to reset his or its password, Customer shall forthwith after ascertaining that his or its password has been reset change such password to a new password. Customer agrees to immediately notify CSD INTERNET POINT LTD for CSD INTERNET POINT LTD informational purposes only of any unauthorised use of Customer's account or any other breach of security known to Customer.

Advertising and Content:

You expressly permit CSD INTERNET POINT LTD to provide you with information provided by CSD INTERNET POINT LTD. You agree to pay all VAT or other applicable sales or other governmental tax or levy imposed on any Goods and Services that you purchase or obtain by means of the Service or any other Service contained on or accessed from it. You may store, manipulate, analyse, reformat, print and display the Content provided by us in connection with the Service solely for your own personal use. Use of Software:

If you download any software from any sub site within this Site ("Software"), use of the Software is subject to the terms in the relevant Software License Agreement that accompanies or is provided with the Software. Invalidity

Notices

Notices given under this agreement shall be delivered by hand or sent by prepaid first class mail in the case of either party. Electronic mail shall be deemed to be delivered when it is received.

Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions set out the whole of our agreement relating to our supply of the Service. A director of CDS INTERNET POINT LTD cannot vary them except in writing. In particular nothing said or done by any other employee or agent acting, or appearing to act, on behalf of CSD INTERNET POINT LTD should be understood as a variation of these Terms and Conditions or an authorised representation about the CSD INTERNET POINT LTD Service, or the Content, Goods or Services provided in connection with it. CSD INTERNET POINT LTD shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

Waiver

Any failure by CSD INTERNET POINT LTD to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
